François Dumaine is a partner at PRA Inc., a firm specializing in program evaluation and public policy research. François is a lawyer by training and holds a master’s degree in political science.

As a researcher, he has worked on several issues related to official languages and the vitality of official language minority communities, including numerous projects concerning access to justice in both official languages.

He has collaborated with several federal departments and agencies, ministries from provincial and territorial governments, as well as community organizations.
