Jacqueline Sirois is a Fransaskoise lawyer at McDougall Gauley LLP in Regina, Saskatchewan. Since being called to the Law Society in 2025, she has maintained a general litigation practice with a particular interest in constitutional, administrative, and criminal law.
Ms. Sirois earned her law degrees (B.C.L./J.D.) from McGill University in 2024. During her studies, she led and contributed to several significant initiatives, including coordinating the McGill chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada and founding McGill’s first team to participate in the Michel-Bastarache moot court competition on language rights. She also served as a law clerk at the Superior Court of Quebec for the Honorable Justice Éric Downs.
In 2024–2025, Ms. Sirois was a law clerk at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan under the direction of the Honorable Chief Justice Robert W. Leurer and the Honorable Justice Jillyne M. Drennan. In August 2026–2027, she will serve as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada for the Honorable Justice Mary T. Moreau.
Before entering the legal profession, Ms. Sirois worked for six years at the Parliament of Canada, notably in the Office of the Speaker of the Senate and the Office of the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel.
