- Impact of different justice administration models in Canada
Analysis of the different approaches and initiatives adopted by provinces and territories to modernize access to justice, including access to justice in French. The panel will draw on real-world examples to highlight the organizational and operational changes that have been put in place to meet language obligations and improve access to justice in French. - Justice and technology: the promise of artificial intelligence
Overview of technological innovations and courtwork initiatives that are helping to bring justice closer to citizens, particularly in Francophone minority settings in Canada. This will allow the panel to explore the potential impact these initiatives are having on access to justice in French.
