Building on the outcomes of the first Symposium on Francophone Immigration, the ministers reiterated their commitment to implementing the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Action Plan for Increasing Francophone Immigration Outside of Quebec. Under the theme “Keeping in Touch,” extensive discussions took place once again concerning access to services in French.
