The ministers responsible for the Canadian Francophonie concluded two days of work during which important issues to Francophone and Acadian communities were discussed. Motivated by the desire to develop more government services in French and to promote the Canadian Francophonie, the ministers made concrete commitments to promote the vitality of the communities. Gathered under the theme Spreading Our Roots and Standing Tall, provincial and territorial ministers discussed ways to ensure that all government investments in the Canadian Francophonie lead to sustainable improvements in services for Francophones.
