The Conference recognized early childhood development as essential to the cultural and linguistic vitality and identity of the Canadian Francophonie. Numerous French-language programs and services had been implemented in the area of early childhood development across the country. The ministers shared the best practices of their respective governments and discussed actions that could foster event greater exchange, including with early childhood stakeholders.
