The Ministers’ Council on the Canadian Francophonie (MCCF) wishes to develop a directory of concrete initiatives that can be implemented to increase the presence of French in public spaces (visual and auditory landscape), particularly in Francophone regions outside Quebec.

To this end, the MCCF is seeking the support of a consultant to develop this directory for entities wishing to increase the presence of French in their environment.
