The Manitoba government has provided more than $385,000 in funding for the expansion of Les Toupies Inc., a francophone child-care facility at École Noel-Ritchot in the St. Norbert area of Winnipeg, Families Minister Rochelle Squires, minister responsible for francophone affairs and members of the Ministers’ Council on the Canadian Francophonie (MCCF), announced.
