Marc G. Serré is appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Official Languages and Marie-France Lalonde, former Ontario representative at the Ministers’ Council on the Canadian Francophonie (MCCF), becomes Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship.
