Today, Viviane Lapointe, Member of Parliament for Sudbury, announced a FedNor investment of $263,755 to assist Place des Arts in adopting new digital technology which will strengthen its capacity to offer more cultural experiences in both official languages for the Greater Sudbury community. The announcement was made on behalf of the Honourable Patty Hajdu, Minister of Indigenous Services and Minister responsible for FedNor, and was also supported by Marc G. Serré, Member of Parliament for Nickel Belt and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Official Languages.
