Health PEI is proud to announce the launch of Prince Edward Island’s first French Adult Day Program (ADP) — a community-based home care service designed to support older Francophone and bilingual adults and their caregivers. The program is offered in the Evangeline area and is part of a collaboration with Acadian and Francophone Affairs Secretariat and l’Association des Francophones de l’âge d’or de l’ÎPÉ. The program is jointly funded by the Government of Prince Edward Island and the Government of Canada via the Canada PEI Agreement on Services in the Minority Language 2023-2028.
