Since 2016, La Presse has been interviewing Quebec MPs to find out which of their counterparts stand out. This year, Sonia LeBel, the Minister responsible for Canadian Relations and Francophonie, who is also a member of the Ministers’ Council on the Canadian Francophonie (MCCF), was chosen Parliamentarian of the Year.
